About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of AIBikini at aibikini.net (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What AIBikini Does

AIBikini is an AI bikini generator with two tools:

Bikini try-on: you upload a photo of a person and pick a preset bikini style. The AI returns an edited image of that person wearing the bikini.
Bikini video: you upload a photo of a person who is already wearing a bikini and pick a preset scene, such as a beach stroll or a pool splash. The AI returns a short video clip, about 5 seconds long, animated from that photo.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use AIBikini. You need an account to generate anything. You can sign up with an email and password or with Google sign-in.

Please give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has accessed your account, contact us at support@aibikini.net.

Acceptable Use and Content Rules

These rules exist to protect real people. Breaking them can lead to removed content, refused generations, or a suspended account.

When you use AIBikini, you agree that:

You are 18 or older.
You only upload photos of yourself, or of adults who have given you explicit permission to use their photo this way.
You never upload photos of minors. This applies to every photo, with no exceptions, even if the person is clothed or the intent seems harmless.
You do not upload photos of public figures or celebrities unless you have their consent.
You do not create or try to create nudity, sexual or explicit content, and you do not try to undress anyone.
You do not use the Service to harass, bully, threaten or humiliate anyone.
You do not impersonate anyone or create deepfakes meant to deceive people.
You do not create or share non-consensual intimate imagery of anyone.
You do not try to get around our filters or limits, or misuse the Service in any other way that breaks the law or harms others.

To enforce these rules, we may filter uploads and results automatically, refuse a generation, remove content, and suspend or close accounts. We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.

Your Content

You own the photos you upload and the images and videos you generate. You can use your results for personal or commercial purposes, as long as you have the rights to the likeness of the person shown.

By uploading a photo, you give us a limited license to store and process it, and the result, only as needed to provide the Service to you. We do not use your uploads to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your files are handled and deleted.

AI Results

AI output is not always accurate. Results can contain flaws, odd details or a likeness that does not fully match the original photo. We do not guarantee that a result will look exactly like the person in your upload or meet any particular expectation.

Credits

Every generation costs credits. New accounts receive one free bikini try-on (enough credits for one image) when they sign up, once per person; creating extra accounts to get more free try-ons is not allowed. The cost of each generation is shown in the app before you start.

Subscription credits: monthly and yearly plans add credits every monthly cycle. Yearly plans are charged once a year and still receive their credits month by month. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each monthly cycle and do not roll over.
Credit packs: one-time credit packs never expire.
Failed generations: if a generation fails, the credits it used are automatically returned to your account.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.

Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and you keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.

We may change prices in the future. If we do, we will let you know before the new price applies to your subscription.

Refunds

Credits that have already been used are non-refundable. When a payment is refunded, the unused credits it granted are removed from your balance, and a refunded subscription period earns no further credits. If you have a billing problem, such as a duplicate or unexpected charge, contact support@aibikini.net within 14 days of the charge and we will look into it.

Suspension and Termination

You can stop using AIBikini and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, especially the content rules above, or if we need to do so to protect other people or comply with the law. If your account is closed for breaking these Terms, unused credits are not refunded.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it running well, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free or secure.

To the extent allowed by law, AIBikini is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You are responsible for the photos you upload and how you use your results. If your use of the Service breaks these Terms or someone else's rights, you agree to cover the resulting claims against us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will let you know by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
