Privacy Policy

About This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information AIBikini (aibikini.net) collects, how we use it, and what you can do about it. Because you upload photos of people, we want to be clear about how those photos are handled.

Information We Collect

Account information: your email address, name, and password (stored securely), or the basic profile details Google shares with us if you sign in with Google.
Uploaded photos: the photos you upload to the bikini try-on and bikini video tools.
Generated content: the images and videos the AI creates for you, along with the style or scene you picked.
Payment records: your plan, purchases, credit balance and billing history. Card details are entered on and handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Usage and analytics data: pages you visit, features you use, device and browser type, and similar technical information that helps us understand how the site is used.
Cookies: small files used to keep you signed in, remember your language and, if you allow it, measure site usage. See our Cookie Policy for details.

How We Use Your Information

To run your generations and show you the results.
To create and manage your account and keep it secure.
To process payments and track your credits.
To enforce our content rules, including automatic filtering of uploads and results.
To reply to support requests and send important account or billing emails.
To understand how the Service is used and make it better.

How Your Photos Are Processed

To create a result, your uploaded photo is sent to third-party AI processing providers that run the AI models. They receive the photo solely to perform that generation for you.

Your photos and results are stored privately. Only you can see them when signed in to your account. They are not public and are not shown to other users.

We do not use your uploaded photos to train AI models.

Deleting Your Content

You are in control of your creations:

Creations (the uploaded photo and the generated result) are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically.
You can delete any creation from your history sooner. This removes both the uploaded photo and the generated result from our storage.
If you delete your account, all of your creations are deleted with it.

We may keep limited records, such as payment and transaction history, where the law requires it or to resolve disputes.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us run AIBikini, and only as much as they need:

Stripe, to process payments.
Third-party AI processing providers, to run your generations.
Hosting providers, to store data and operate the site.
Email and analytics providers, to send account emails and measure site usage.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety, or to report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and private storage. No online service can be perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to certain uses. You can delete creations and your account yourself at any time. For any other request, email support@aibikini.net.
